1. Materials. 230 grams of cake flour. 100 grams of cooking oil. 80 grams of white sugar. Sodium bicarbonate. Salt. Appropriate amount of walnut kernels.
2. Mix the sugar, salt and cooking oil first, then sift in the cake flour and baking soda to mix.
3. Divide into 25 gram or so aliquots. Press flat to make a cake
4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.
5. Heat the oven at 180°C for 18 minutes.
6. Baked and eaten
