A home-cooked recipe for old vinegar peanuts

Peanuts, onion, cucumber, green pepper, coriander, salt, sugar, vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken essence, sesame oil

1. Put the washed peanuts in the water in the cold oil in the cool pot, stir-fry slowly over medium-low heat, wait for the color to gradually darken, and the popping sound gradually decreases, and put it out for later use.
