Ingredients Required:

Artemisia, hairtail, green onion, ginger, garlic, dried chili, salt, cooking wine, sugar, sesame oil, cooking oil, water

1. After removing the gills, internal organs and black membrane in the abdomen, rinse the fish, cut it into small pieces, and put it in a basin.

Add a pinch of salt, cooking wine, chopped green onion and ginger slices, mix well, marinate for 15 minutes.

2. Wash and cut the chrysanthemum.

Green onions, ginger, garlic, and dried chili peppers are also prepared.

3. Mix a bowl of juice:

Light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, cooking wine, appropriate amount of water, stir well.

4. Evenly coat the marinated hairtail pieces with flour.

5. Heat the pan with oil and add the fish pieces.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, set aside.
