2. Let's make custard filling: beat three eggs into an empty bowl, add 150ml of milk, 50 grams of sugar, 70 grams of flour and stir well, stir into a particle-free state.

3. The sieve will be more delicate, if you don't want to sieve, you can also do without sieve.
4. Pour the stirred egg batter into the pot, turn on low heat and boil, stirring non-stop halfway.
5. Stir to such a viscous state.
6. After cooling, divide it into small balls of uniform size.
7. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, and the internal honeycomb structure is good, take out the dough and knead it for a while to exhaust.
8. Roll into long strips and divide evenly into pieces.
9. Roll out each piece of dough into a round cake, put in the custard filling, and close it like a bun.
10. Tidy up and roll out into round buns.
11. After all the buns are ready, put them in a steamer, separated by warm water, and let them rise for 15 minutes.
12. Turn on high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes.
The milk is full of fragrance, sweet and soft, adults and children like to eat, even if there is no dish, my child can eat two, friends who like it can try!
