Nowadays, children like to eat ham sausages, but they are worried that it is not good to eat too much, after all, they don't know what the raw materials of ham sausages are? Fresh or not? There are many additives, and I am always afraid of affecting the health of my family and children.
Therefore, every time I want to eat ham sausage, I basically make it at home, and the ingredients can be controlled by myself, and adults and children can rest assured when they eat it.
Here's how I do it:
1. Today, use chicken breast to make ham sausage, grind the washed chicken breast into a meat puree, divide it into three equal parts, and add one-third of the amount of cornstarch.
2. Add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, ginger powder, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, red yeast rice noodles, and then beat an egg, and add an appropriate amount of green onion and ginger water. If you like to eat corn, you can also add some sweet corn kernels to it.
(Red yeast rice noodles are colored, and if you don't like them, you can leave them alone; Soak green onion and ginger in boiling water in advance)
3. Stir in one direction, stirring vigorously, it takes about seven or eight minutes.
4. Put the stirred meat puree into a fresh-keeping bag, and then prepare some tin foil.
5. Cut a large hole in the thumb at one end of the plastic bag, squeeze it slowly, control the flow rate, and eat the intestines more tightly in this way.
6. Tidy it up like in the picture, roll it up, and tighten it at both ends.
7. After all the ham sausages are ready, put them in the steamer and steam them for 30 minutes.
If you want to eat ham sausages and make them at home, there are no additives, adults and children can rest assured when they eat, and if you can't finish eating a meal, you can cover it with plastic wrap and store it in the refrigerator. If you don't want to cook for two or three days at a time, you can use ham sausage to make noodles, stir-fry fried rice, or make a breakfast cake with it.
