The old tofu is so fragrant, a good dish to satisfy cravings, appetizing with rice, and I want to eat it with meat and vegetables

Today, I roasted the tofu and pork ribs together, which is delicious and delicious, and the rice is also fragrant.

Here's how I made it:

1. Put the washed pork ribs into the pot, add a few slices of ginger and green onions, blanch for about 3 minutes, and cook the oil.

2. Wash well, drain and set aside.

3. Peel the boiled quail eggs and set aside.

4. Cut the tofu into cubes, and then prepare some shredded ginger, garlic slices, cinnamon, bay leaves, green onions, and lemon. You can also leave it without lemon.

5. Add oil to the pan and fry the tofu until golden brown on both sides.

6. Add oil to the pot, add rock sugar, and fry over low heat until the sugar is colored.

7. Add the ribs, stir-fry and color.

8. Add the ingredients and stir-fry until fragrant.

9. Add water and slightly submerge the ribs. Bring the water to a boil and simmer for 50 minutes.

After 10 minutes, add tofu and quail eggs, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, soybean paste, stir-fry evenly, and continue to simmer for 10 minutes to taste.

After 11 or 10 minutes, turn on high heat to reduce the juice.

Tofu is delicious, the ribs are soft and rotten, friends who like it can try it!
