【Stir-fried squid whiskers with cumin】
The ingredients required are as follows:
400 grams of squid whiskers, 2 green chilies, 2 red chilies, 1 tablespoon of cumin powder, 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
The cooking steps are as follows:
Step 1: Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add squid whiskers, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, boil and turn on the heat, and remove it.
Step 2: Put oil in a pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the blanched squid and stir-fry.
Step 3: Add 2 scoops of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Step 3: Add 1 scoop of oyster sauce.
Step 4: Add a little salt and continue to stir-fry evenly.
Step 5: Then add the chopped green and red pepper rings and stir-fry. Add chili powder, cumin grains and cumin powder before cooking, and stir-fry white sesame seeds evenly to get out of the pot.
Tips:
(1) Blanching the squid only needs to change color to take it out, and there is no need to cook it for too long.
(2) I used a non-stick pan for stir-frying squid today, and the fried squid must not stick and be heated evenly.
