Ingredients: flour, yeast powder, sugar, purple sweet potato, warm water

Process:

1. Add 400 grams of flour, 4 grams of yeast powder, 30 grams of sugar, and 210 grams of warm water to the basin.

2. Stir well and knead into a smooth dough.

3. Cover and ferment for about 40 minutes. (depending on the weather temperature).

4. Steam the purple potatoes and press them into a puree for later use.

5. Knead the flour and divide it into two parts.

6. Add one of the purple sweet potato purees and knead them into purple potato dough.


7. Roll both portions of dough into long strips.

8. Cut into small pieces.

9. Knead the small pieces into a circle, take a small agent, and roll it into thin slices.

10. Wrap in purple potato dough.


11. Cut a cross on the top of the wrapped dough with a knife.


12. Put the finished steamed buns in the steamer and let them rise for about 10 minutes.

13. Steam for 15 minutes, and be sure to simmer for 5 minutes before it comes out of the pot.
