Ingredients: 150 g of whipping cream, 150 g of milk, 50 g of mozzarella cheese, 400 g of potatoes (weight after peeling), 2 cloves of garlic, black pepper and salt.

2. Put the potato chips, whipping cream, milk in the pan.

3. Bring to a boil slowly over medium heat until the potatoes are basically cooked and the soup is thick, add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, stir evenly and turn off the heat.

4. Divide the boiled potatoes into baking bowls.

6. Bake in the oven at 230-250 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese melts and takes on a golden brown brown from the oven.
