The steps are as follows:

1. 2. Put a little oil in the pot, pour in the duck meat and stir-fry, the amount of oil should not be too much, and the oil will come out after stir-frying

3. Stir-fry over high heat until dry and fragrant, add green onions, ginger and garlic, and dry chili peppers to stir out the fragrance again

4. Pour in a can of beer

5. Then add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, rock sugar and konjac tofu
