1. Ingredients: 1 handful of noodles, 1 handful of cereal, 1 handful of raisins, 1 handful of peanuts, an appropriate amount of cooked sesame seeds, 100g of rock sugar, an appropriate amount of flour, and an appropriate amount of cooking oil.

1. Prepare all the ingredients, make a pot, put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in it, pour the peanuts into the oil pot, fry the peanuts, and you can get out of the pot when you hear the peanuts crackling. Slowly fry the noodles until they are golden brown and crispy, and then you can control the oil and remove it. 5. Prepare a mold, and at the same time, put another piece of oiled paper in order to easily remove the mold. Pour the fried noodles into the mould and roll them out with a rolling pin while they are hot. In order to make this noodle version of shaqima firm, we wrap it in oiled paper, press a heavy object on it, and set it aside to cool for about 1 hour. Because there is oiled paper, it is easy to demold, take out the cold noodles shaqima, then use a knife to cut them into pieces of the right size, put them on a plate, and serve them out to eat.
