Today I will share a pasta dish made with spinach. It is a hollow cake, also called a pocket cake, and it is named because it is empty in the middle.
Today with spinach juice and noodles, hence the name spinach hollow cake.
Spinach hollow cake
Ingredients: 400 grams of flour, 4 grams of salt, 4 grams of yeast powder, 5 grams of sugar, 10 grams of olive oil
Make:
1. Prepare the spinach, I used frozen spinach. Frozen spinach is not only easy to operate, but also nutritious.
2. Mix 400 grams of flour, 4 grams of salt, 4 grams of yeast powder and 5 grams of sugar.
3. Add an appropriate amount of hot water to melt the frozen spinach pieces (the final temperature should not exceed 30 degrees), pour them into the flour and stir well (if it is fresh, blanch the water and beat the juice).
4. Knead them all together to form a soft and wet dough. At this point, the dough looks rough, leave it alone, cover with a wrung out damp cloth and let it sit for 15 minutes.
5. Pour some oil on the dough, about 10 grams, and knead all the oil into the dough.
Then rub some oil on the surface and cover with a wrung out damp cloth or plastic wrap to let it ferment naturally.
6. This is a good hair, very porous and soft.
7. Pour the dough over the thinly powdered table, then sprinkle some flour on the surface of the dough as well.
8. Don't rub! Gently flatten the dough and divide into 10 equal portions.
9. Then round each small portion, cover with a wrung out damp cloth, and let it sit for 20 minutes.
10. Gently roll the small agent into a small round cake, or oval, you can do it, at will. Be careful not to be too thin, about 1 cm thick.
11. Arrange in turn and place on a baking sheet.
12. Place an empty baking tray in the oven and preheat to 250 degrees.
Then quickly slide the pocket cake green with baking paper into the hot baking sheet, immediately close the oven door, and bake for 5-6 minutes, that is, everything is bulging, and the surface can be slightly colored. Remove the cake and place it on a rack to dissipate heat.
13. After the cake is baked, I can't wait to stuff it into the beef sauce and eat it with a big mouthful, it's so fragrant!
