Today I made a pot potato chips for my family, special rice, the potato skin is crispy, it tastes soft, the meat is burnt, the taste is particularly strong, the rice is the most enjoyable, and it is guaranteed to eat a large plate.
Here's how I made it:
1. Put the washed pork belly into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, ginger slices, peppercorns, bay leaves, green onions, cinnamon, and simmer for about 30 minutes.
2. Let cool and cut into thin slices.
3. Peel and slice the potatoes.
4. Wash off excess starch.
5. Brush the pan with oil and add the potato slices. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
6. Prepare some ginger shreds, garlic slices, green onions, Sichuan peppercorns, green pepper cubes and onion cubes.
7. Add oil to the pot, pour the pork belly and stir-fry, fry while frying, fry until browned, and stir-fry the ingredients until fragrant.
8. Add the green pepper cubes and onion cubes and stir-fry. If you like spicy food, you can add millet spicy and stir-fry.
9. Stir-fry until raw, add potato slices, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, bean paste, sugar, and stir-fry to taste. Stir-fry evenly and it will be out of the pan.
Potatoes do this, the rice is particularly fragrant, the family wants to eat every once in a while, and friends who like it can try it!
