Water chestnuts do this, burnt fragrant and fresh, eat it in winter, and then have a bowl of thin noodles, delicious and nutritious

Today, I used water chestnuts to make stuffing, and made fried buns for my family, which are crispy on the outside and fragrant on the inside, delicious and nutritious.

In winter, it is paired with a bowl of hot thin noodles, which is delicious and warm.

Here's how I made it:

Add 5g sugar and 3g yeast to 1,150ml of warm water and stir well. Add a small amount to 300 grams of flour several times, knead into a smooth dough with moderate firmness and softness, cover and let rise.

2. Peel and chop the water chestnuts you bought.

3. Add some green onion and ginger water to the meat filling and stir vigorously, beat an egg, add some minced ginger, chopped green onion, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices, sugar, and stir well. Pour in the chopped water chestnuts and mix well.

4. The volume of the dough that has risen has expanded significantly, which means that it is ready.

5. Take it out and rub it to exhaust it, and divide it into pieces evenly.

6. Roll out each piece of small dough into a round cake with a thickness in the middle and a thin circumference.

7. Add the filling and wrap it to your liking.

8. Brush the pan with oil, put in the buns, cover and let rise for 10 minutes.

After 9, 10 minutes, turn on low heat and fry until the bottom is golden brown.

10. Pour in starch water and submerge one-third of the buns.

11. Cover and simmer over medium heat to dry the water.

12. Simmer dry with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Burnt fragrant and fresh, the more you eat, the more fragrant it is, eat it in winter, and then serve it with a bowl of hot thin noodles, delicious and nutritious.

It's easy to do, so try it if you like it!
