Ingredients Required:
Onions, cucumbers, lean pork, garlic, dried chilies, peppercorns, salt, cooking wine, soybean soy sauce, sugar, chicken essence, sesame oil
1. Remove the old skin on the outside of the onion, cut off the head and tail, then put all four cloves, and soak them in water for a while. This way, when you cut it again, it won't be so spicy to the eye.
2. Wash the cucumber and remove the head and tail; Cut diagonally into segments first, and then change the knife to slice.
The soaked onion is also sliced.
3. Prepare the meat slices, garlic slices, and dried chili rings.
4. Remove from the pot and put oil, add a little peppercorns and fry until fragrant, remove and do not use.
Then add garlic slices and dried chili rings and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add the sliced meat and stir-fry until it is broken, then add cooking wine and soybean soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
5. Add the chopped onion and stir-fry evenly; Add a pinch of salt, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken essence and a little water and stir-fry for a while.
Add the cucumber slices and stir-fry.
Finally, add the water starch to thicken, pour in a little sesame oil, stir evenly, and remove from the pot.
Pair it with a bowl of rice and you're ready to eat!
