1. 1. Prepare all the ingredients, remove the two ends of the beans you bought home, then put them in clean water and then put an appropriate amount of salt, scrub them with your hands, and then rinse them with water. Put an appropriate amount of water in a pot, boil over high heat first, and then add an appropriate amount of salt and a few drops of cooking oil, which can better lock the nutrients of the beans and make the beans look more green. When the water boils, add the beans and blanch for 3 minutes. Prepare a basin of cold water and put the blanched beans in to cool for a while, which can also maintain the green and crisp texture of the beans.
2. Peel the carrots, clean them, then cut them into thin slices, then change the knife, cut them into small cubes, and put them in a pot. Drain the beans, cut them into small cubes and put them in a bowl. In a bowl, crack the eggs into the bowl, stir and pour into the beans. Clean the chives, cut them into chopped green onions, and put them in as well. Then start seasoning, a little pepper, 1 tablespoon of peppercorns, an appropriate amount of salt, stir well with chopsticks first.

5.
