There are many benefits to eating more pumpkin, and it is sweet and fluffy, delicious and nutritious

Today, I used the jujube paste filling to make pumpkin and jujube paste buns for my family, which is sweet and fluffy, especially delicious, and my friends and adults like to eat it very much!

Here's how I made it:

1. Slice the pumpkin skin, steam it in a pot, mash it into a puree after steaming, and set it warm.

Add 10 grams of sugar, 3 grams of yeast to 2,300 grams of flour, add 180 grams of pumpkin puree in small quantities and many times, mix well, and knead into a smooth dough with moderate softness and firmness.

3. Put it in a warm place to proof, I put it in the steamer, and it is proofed through hot water, and the water temperature can be controlled at about 35 degrees.

4. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, which means that it is ready.

5. Take an appropriate amount of jujube paste filling and knead it into a ball for later use. There will be a video tutorial on September 22nd, and an article tutorial on September 26th, so friends who want to make jujube paste stuffing can learn about it.

6. Take out the dough and knead it for a while to exhaust.

7. Roll into long strips and even squares.

8. Knead each piece of dough evenly and roll it into a small round cake.

9. Put in the jujube paste filling and wrap it up. You can wrap them in the shape you like, and I'll make them into a five-pointed star here.

10. After the buns are ready, put them in the steamer, cover them and let them rise for 15 minutes.

11. After 15 minutes, turn on the high heat and steam for 20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.

The skin is soft, the filling is delicate and sweet, delicious and nutritious, and friends who like it can try it!
