In the third step, after the egg whites are beaten, pour the stirred batter into the egg whites, stir left and right with a spatula (you must remember that you can't stir clockwise), and after mixing evenly, a thicker batter will be formed.

The fourth step, the electric baking pan is heated, there is no need to brush oil in the pot, there is no electric baking pan can also be used in a pan, use a larger spoon, scoop a spoonful of batter, pour it into the electric baking pan, raise it a little, let it flow down slowly, and naturally form a round cake, because there is no oil, so we have to use low heat to brand, burn to the bottom to set, turn over and then burn the other side, the bottom is shaped again and turn over again, turn over several times, burn until both sides are golden brown, this tortilla is cooked.
