3 steps to keep the body young: Stomach Meridian, Spleen Meridian, Moguanyuan

As the saying goes, "There are only bodhisattvas, eighteen years old." "Although we all want to be young all the time, youth is always there, but aging is inevitable for ordinary people. Even so, delaying aging and strengthening the body is something we can do in our daily life. The three-step method shared below is simple and practical, and it is a trilogy of TCM health care, as long as you practice, you can get benefits!

1. Stomach meridian

Aging begins with the Yang Ming vein, because the Foot Yang Ming Stomach Meridian starts from the face, and the face is the place where the qi and blood are most vigorous.

If the stomach meridian is blocked, the yang qi and blood are insufficient, and it cannot be moisturized, and there will be all kinds of problems on the face.

The stomach is the first of the six intestines, and the large intestine and small intestine belong to the stomach. The spleen and stomach are the source of blood biochemistry in the future. The way to nourish the stomach is to pass through the stomach meridian to promote the smoothness and peristalsis of the stomach and intestines.

Stomach meridian method:

Rub the stomach meridian from top to bottom on the outside of the calf. From the top to the bottom, tap in turn, and stay for a moment when encountering obvious stinging sensations, whether it is an acupuncture point or not.

Change the tap to tap first and then knead, that is, after pressing hard for 10-15 seconds, relax and knead for 1 minute, and then continue to tap down along the meridians, and so on for 10 times, then switch to the other leg and continue.

2. Tonify the spleen meridian

The spleen manages the body's transportation function, transporting the nutrients digested and absorbed by the stomach and intestines (i.e., qi and blood), including water (i.e., jin liquid), to the whole body, and this function of the spleen can be vividly compared to the conveyor belt of the human body's qi and blood.

When the conveyor belt works normally, all tissues and organs of the human body will be fully moistened by qi and blood. The spleen has a role in the control and management of the body's qi and blood. It has an important regulatory effect on women's menstruation in particular.

Therefore, unobstructing the spleen meridian can promote transportation, replenish qi and benefit blood, clear phlegm and dampness, and strengthen the regulation and overall absorption of qi and blood, so as to regulate menstruation and stop the band, and care for women's health.

Spleen meridian method:

Rub the spleen meridian from the bottom to the top on the inside of the calf. From the three yin to the yin spring, tap in turn from bottom to top, and stay for a moment when encountering obvious stinging sensation, whether it is an acupuncture point or not.

Change the tap to tap first and then knead, that is, after pressing hard for 10-15 seconds, relax and knead for 1 minute, and then continue to tap down along the meridians, and so on for 10 times, then switch to the other leg and continue.

3. Mo Guan Yuan

The spleen is the foundation of the day after tomorrow, and the metamorphosis of qi and blood is unified with blood, and women belong to yin and blood as the foundation, and the yin blood is enough and the pulse is smooth, so menstruation can be normal, so Chang Mo Guan Yuan is the fundamental method of women's health care.

Chang Mo Guan Yuan, which helps the three yin meridians and qi and blood to converge in the Ren pulse, helps the Ren pulse to be smooth, and promotes reproduction and health.

Moguanyuan method:

Rub the heat off the yuan with the palm of your hand. Rub your hands together and rub them three inches below the belly button of your abdomen.

Guan Yuan is the intersection of the three yin meridians and the Ren vein, the three yin of the feet is the liver, spleen and kidney meridians, the kidney stores the essence of the main reproduction, the essence of the blood, the liver stores the blood, and the liver and kidney are collectively called the innate foundation.
