【Fragrant Tofu】

Ingredients: 1 piece of soft tofu, 80 grams of pork, appropriate amount of chopped green onion, 1 spicy millet, 6 grams of ginger, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of starch, half a spoon of Zhuhou sauce, half a spoon of soybean paste, 3 grams of caster sugar, half a bowl of water, 2 cloves of garlic

1. Wash the pork and cut it into pieces, pour it into a food processor, then add ginger slices and whip it into a meat puree. If you don't have a food processor, you can choose to chop it with a knife.

2. Pour the beaten pork puree into a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 1 tablespoon of starch, stir well and marinate for 10 minutes

3. During the marinating of pork, we will process the tofu, cut the tofu into slices, and then arrange it in a circle on the plate, as shown in the figure below, the tofu should not be cut too thick, otherwise it will not be easy to place

4. Then send the tofu into the pot to steam through water, after steaming on high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 2 minutes, after steaming, remember to skim out the steamed water in the tofu plate with a spoon, and do not take out the steamed tofu, put it in the steamer to keep warm

5. Pour a little cooking oil into the pot, put the chopped garlic into the pot, and stir-fry over medium-low heat to bring out the fragrance

6. After you can smell the garlic, pour in the marinated minced pork, turn to high heat and stir-fry, and poke it with a spatula while frying until it completely changes color

7. Then add the Zhuhou sauce, soybean paste, cooking wine and caster sugar, and stir-fry until the minced pork is evenly colored

8. Then pour in half a bowl of water, cover the lid, and cook directly over medium-high heat until the soup is thick, then turn off the heat

9. Finally, pour the boiled minced meat and soup into the middle of the tofu plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions and chopped millet spicy, put it in the steamer and simmer for another minute, then enjoy. This steamed dish is simple and easy to make and beautiful, appetizing and used as a Chinese New Year's Eve dish

Tips:

There is no need to add salt to this dish, as both soybean paste and soybean sauce are salty. If you don't have soybean sauce and soybean sauce at home, you can use light soy sauce and oyster sauce instead.
