1. Add a little base oil to the pot, and when the oil temperature is not very high, add ginger and garlic slices and stir-fry over low heat to bring out the fragrance
2, then put in the prawns or stir-fry over low heat, the prawns should be washed to remove the shrimp line, the easiest way to remove the shrimp line with shell is to use a toothpick to pierce the gap between the second section of the shrimp shell of the prawn, and then gently pick out, slowly pull out the black shrimp line, if you do not remove the shrimp line, not only unhygienic, but also have a very heavy earthy smell, the taste of the whole shrimp will be greatly reduced

6. Then put the washed rape or cabbage into the soup pot, cook for about 40 seconds and turn off the heat

Tips
1. The time to make this soup is relatively short, and it can be simply blanched after putting in the small rape, don't cook it for too long, the taste will be discounted.
2. After cutting the tofu into small pieces, soak it in lightly salted water for a while, and it is not easy to be broken when cooking.
