5. Put it in a warm place to proof, it's cold, I am proofing through warm water, and the water temperature is controlled at about 35 degrees.

7. Add 20 grams of cooking oil, stir well, and exhaust.
8. The bottom and inner side of the mold are brushed with a layer of cooking oil, and it is easier to remove the mold with a piece of silicone oil paper.
9. Pour in the black rice cereal, vibrate and exhaust, and sprinkle a layer of white sesame seeds to garnish.
10. Turn on high heat and steam for 30 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for another 3 minutes.
11. Let cool slightly and remove the mold.
12. After it is completely cool, the pieces are more neatly cut.
