The shredded carrots are delicious and nutritious, and my children like to eat noodles

Today I will share with you two tips, the steamed radish is delicious and not easy to lump.

Here's how I made it:

1. Peel and shred the carrots, or scrape them into thin strips. Wash and drain, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil, and mix well. The addition of cooking oil can make carrots better release carotene.

2. Add two spoons of wheat starch, which is what we call flour, and the shredded carrots steamed with flour are not easy to lump.

3. Mix it like this, then spread it evenly in the steamer, turn on the fire, steam for 1 minute after the water is boiled, and turn off the heat.

4. Take out the shredded carrots and shake while hot.

5. Add two more tablespoons of wheat starch (powder) and continue to mix evenly.

6. After mixing well, spread evenly in the steamer, turn on the heat, steam for 3 minutes after the water is boiled, turn off the heat. Shake while it's hot.

7. Cut some minced garlic, add an appropriate amount of salt and sesame oil to the minced garlic and mix well.

8. Pour the mixed garlic sauce into the shredded carrots, add an appropriate amount of chopped green onions, grasp and mix evenly and start eating.

Shredded carrots are not only delicious, but also less nutritious, and my children like noodles, especially like eating noodles.
