1. Add 200 grams of water-milled glutinous rice flour to the container. Note that it is 200 grams, not the total amount in the material list
2. Add sugar to boiling water and stir until melted to become sugar water

10. Divide the dough into appropriate sizes. I split 12 pieces, 20 grams each. The size of this dough directly determines the size of the finished product. Cover with plastic wrap to prevent air drying
