Don't knead the dough or roll the dough, stir with chopsticks, easily make dough pies, burnt and soft, the more you eat, the more fragrant it is

The dough pie is fluffy and delicious, no kneading or rolling, stirring with chopsticks, easy to make at home, with some nutritious porridge and side dishes, it tastes particularly fragrant.

Today, I made a dough pie filled with minced meat and vermicelli for my family, and my family loves to eat it.

Here's how I made it:

Add 5 grams of yeast and 15 grams of sugar to 1,410 ml of warm water and stir until the yeast melts. Add a small amount to 500g of flour several times and stir into a thick paste. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

2. Soak a handful of vermicelli in warm water.

3. Ground some minced meat.

4. Prepare some minced ginger, minced garlic and chopped green onion.

5. Add oil to the pot, pour in the minced meat and stir-fry, add minced ginger, minced garlic and green onion to stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add a spoonful of soybean paste and stir-fry to taste.

7. Add water, slightly submerge the meat foam, add vermicelli, add salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, mix well, and simmer for a few minutes.

8. When the vermicelli is cooked, drain the water and stir-fry evenly.

9. Use scissors to chop the vermicelli a little.

10. Put it in a large bowl, add a handful of chopped green onions, stir evenly and set aside.

11. Wake up the dough, take an appropriate amount and press it into a cake.

12. Add the filling and wrap it up.

13. Arrange into the shape you like.

14. Brush the pan with oil, put in the small cakes, cover and fry over low heat.

15. Fry until one side is golden brown, turn over and fry until golden brown on both sides, and the cake is obviously bulging.

16. Fry for about three minutes on each side.

The burnt fragrance is soft, the more you eat, the more fragrant it is, suitable for all ages, and friends who like it can try it!
