5. Brush the bottom and inner side of the mold with a layer of cooking oil, pour in a spoonful of batter, and shake evenly.
6. Put the water in a pot after boiling, cover and simmer on high heat for two minutes.
7. Watch the color slowly darken and there are a lot of bubbles on it.
8. After taking it out, brush a layer of cooking oil on the surface to prevent adhesion, and gently peel it off, and the cool skin will come out.
9. Then cut it to your favorite width, smooth and firm, full of elasticity.
10. Add some cucumber shreds, coriander, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame paste, garlic water, and add some crushed peanuts and mix evenly to eat. For friends who like spicy food, you can add some chili oil to it.
