Directions:

1. Cut the washed chicken breast into strips of about one centimeter, add an appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, pepper, light soy sauce, minced ginger, add some lemon juice or cooking wine to remove the smell, grasp and mix evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.


2. It is best to use sweet potato flour to make crispy meat, and with sweet potato flour, crispy meat will be more crispy and delicious. 1 tablespoon sweet potato flour with a little water to make a sticky paste.


3. Beat an egg into the marinated chicken strips and mix well.


4. Then pour in the sweet potato flour slurry, grab and mix evenly, if it is a little thin, you can add a small amount of sweet potato flour, you can hang the paste.


5. Heat the oil until it is 50% hot, turn down the heat, add the chicken strips, and fry slowly over low heat.


6. Flip a few times halfway to make it evenly heated, and fry it until golden brown.


7. If you want the crispy meat to be more crispy and delicious, you need to fry it again. When the oil temperature rises, add the crispy meat and fry again.


8. Fry until the color becomes darker, golden brown and crispy, and then you can remove the oil.
