Potatoes do this, adults and children especially like to eat, special meals, the following is to share my production method:
1. Prepare some small potato cubes, carrot cubes and green pepper cubes.
2. Prepare some minced pork and minced garlic, and friends who like spicy food can prepare some millet spicy.
3. Blanch the potato and carrot cubes until medium-rare, remove and drain for later use.
4. Heat the pan with cold oil, add the meat foam and stir-fry evenly.
5. Add minced garlic and green pepper pieces and stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of bean paste and stir-fry evenly.
6. Pour in potatoes and carrots and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, dark soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry evenly.
7. Fry until all are broken, pour in starch water, and stir-fry evenly.
8. Stir-fry until the soup is viscous and ready to come out of the pan.
