Cream cheesecake with cherry jam

200 grams of cake flour, 110 grams of cream cheese, 40-50 grams of sugar, 1 egg, appropriate amount of cherry jam (you can also use other jams you like)

Here's how

Soften the cream cheese, add sugar, beat with a manual whisk until fluffy, pour in the egg mixture and stir well, add low flour and stir, knead into a dough and let rise for 30 minutes.

Note: If you don't want to whip cream cheese or don't whip it enough, and want a fluffy texture, you can add 2 grams of yeast to the egg mixture or mix 4 grams of aluminum-free baking powder in flour to achieve a fluffy effect.

If cream cheese is not available, you can also substitute milk or yogurt, which is estimated to be about 80-90 grams, and be sure to remember to put yeast or aluminum-free baking powder.


Divide the dough into portions of about 18-20 grams and knead into rounds.                                                             

Do it in turn, leave enough spacing to put it into the baking tray, I made double the amount of the recipe, a total of 40, 25 on the 28*28 gold plate, and 15 on the oven's own baking tray.

Press your finger down on the center of the ball, leaving a small hole, and the ball is flattened a bit.

Use chopsticks to put the jam in the small pit, my jam is thicker, if the jam is thinner, then you need to use a small spoon.

The bigger and deeper the pit, the more jam you can put in.

The built-in baking tray has better thermal conductivity than the gold plate, so I use 160 degrees for the built-in baking tray to heat, I don't like the color to be too dark.
