2. Cut some red cabbage, green pepper and shredded onion and set aside. Shred the washed pork, add an appropriate amount of shredded ginger, salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce, and 13 spices, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. You can also order your favorite side dish and meat or make a fruit pizza with less moisture.


3. After 10 minutes, add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, pour in the shredded meat and fry until it changes color, then put it out for later use.

4. The volume of the dough is significantly expanded, and the inside is honeycomb-shaped, so it is done, take it out, knead and exhaust, and roll it into a flatbread.

(My pizza tray is eight inches, and the pie crust can be rolled out to a diameter of 23 centimeters, which is slightly larger than the pizza pan.) )



5. Brush the bottom of the pizza pan and around the inner wall with a layer of cooking oil, put in the cake blank, tidy it up slightly, shape it into a pizza shape with a spoon, and then use a fork to pierce some small holes to facilitate exhaust.



6. After it is done, cover it and let it rise for 10 minutes. I put it in a steamer, cover it and let it rise.

After 7 and 10 minutes, spread a layer of tomato sauce and salad dressing on top of the crust, and sprinkle with a layer of grated cheese (grated cheese).


8. Then evenly spread your favorite side dishes, shredded meat, or fruits, etc. Then sprinkle another layer of grated cheese on top.


9. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in advance, and bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes, the specific temperature is determined according to the characteristics of the individual oven.
