【Canned peaches】

Ingredients: fresh peaches, rock sugar, canned food bottles. To make canned peaches, choose peaches that are slightly harder, because peaches that are too soft are easy to rot after being canned.

Steps:

1. Soak the peaches in lightly salted water for half an hour, then rinse them well, then peel off the skin with a paring knife, cut it from the middle, and remove the peach pit.

2. Then cut the peaches into small or large pieces according to your preference.

3. Prepare an appropriate amount of clean glass bottles, usually eat the leftover bottles of canned food, first clean them with dish soap inside and out, then rinse them with clean water, and finally scald them twice with boiling water to control the moisture and set aside. If you want to keep canned peaches for a long time, the container must be cleaned, and if there is a little dirt inside, it is especially easy to cause the canned food to deteriorate.

4. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the cut peach petals after the water boils, add rock sugar according to your taste, and cook on high heat for about 5 minutes to turn off the heat.

5. Put the boiled orange pieces into the cleaned glass bottle, then pour in the soup, the soup should be over the peaches, fill it until it is 9.5 minutes full, and then screw the cap on, don't tighten the cap too tightly at this time.

6. Add water to the steamer, put the canned bottles into the steamer after the steamer is steamed, cover the lid, and keep steaming on high heat for about 15-20 minutes.

7. After the canned food is steamed, turn off the heat, take out the can, put an anti-scald cloth on the bottle cap tightened, and place it in a cool place to let the canned food cool naturally.

8. After the cans are completely cooled and cooled, the cap will be dented according to the principle of thermal expansion and cold contraction, indicating that the canned bottle has reached a completely sealed state, and if the canned cap is not dented, it cannot be stored for a long time.

If you also like peaches, you can make some canned food and eat them this way! The taste will certainly not disappoint you.

Tips:

1. To make canned peaches, you can't choose peaches that are too ripe, it's best to choose peaches that are harder, and the taste is just right after steaming at high temperatures.

2. The canned food can be stored for a long time in a cool place, and the bottle cap should be checked before eating the can, if the bottle cap is in a convex state, it means that it is not tightly sealed, and it is not edible.
