Ingredients Required:

Onion, cucumber, peanuts, coriander, salt, light soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, chicken essence, sesame oil

1. Wash the peanuts with water.

Put a little oil in the pot, cool the oil in the cold pot, put in the washed peanuts, fry over low heat, and let it cool.

2. Peel off the skin of the onion, cut off the head and tail, and cut into small pieces.
