6. Pour the batter that has been stirred again after fermentation into the mold (it can also be poured into a bowl) The mold can be covered with a layer of oiled paper or the same as the bowl, and a thin layer of cooking oil is directly brushed in the mold, and the poured batter is smoothed out, as shown in the figure.
7. Put the batter into the mold, cover the plastic wrap again for the second fermentation, and ferment it until the small bubbles are clearly visible on the surface, as shown in the figure.
8. The evaporated cake must be gasped and then steamed in the pot, boil the water in the steamer in advance, put it into the mold of the second fermentation, cover the lid, and turn on the medium heat to steam, as shown in the figure.
9. Turn off the heat after steaming for 35 minutes on medium heat, don't be in a hurry to open the lid, simmer for four or five minutes before opening the lid, so that the fluffy cake is ready, as shown in the picture.
10. Take out the steamed hair cake, put it slightly until it is not hot and then take off the film, as shown in the picture.
