1. Stir-fried carrots with beef
1. Ingredients: carrots, beef, ginger, green onions, salt, oil, starch, cooking wine
2. Method: (1) Cut the beef into shreds, add cooking wine, starch, salt and oil and mix evenly, and marinate for 15 minutes.
(2) Shred the carrots and chop the ginger and shallots.
(3) Heat the oil, stir-fry the ginger and shallots, put the beef in the pot and stir-fry until it changes color.
(4) Put oil in the pot again, put the shredded carrots down and stir-fry until soft, half-spoon of water halfway ➕ through.
(5) After the carrots are fried until they become soft, put the beef down and stir-fry together for 1 minute, add cooking wine to enhance the flavor and remove from the pot.
2. Stir-fry meat with onions
1. Ingredients: onion, pork, oil, salt, light soy sauce
2. Method: (1) Slice the meat, release the soy sauce and marinate for 15 minutes.
(2) Slice the onion.
(3) Heat the oil, put the lean meat and stir-fry quickly until it changes color, then scoop it up and set aside. (Stir-fry lean meat for 2-4 minutes before cooking)
(4) Put oil in the pot again, fry the onion for 3 minutes, then put the lean meat in, add salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry for 2 minutes, and remove from the pan.
3. Scrambled eggs with beans
1. Ingredients: beans, eggs, garlic, salt, oil
2. Method: (1) Cut the beans into cubes, blanch them in boiling water and cook them and then scoop them up for later use.
(2) Beat the eggs.
(3) Heat the oil, stir-fry the garlic granules, put the blanched beans in the pot and stir-fry, and add an appropriate amount of salt.
(4) Pour in the egg mixture slowly, stir-fry while pouring, stir-fry until golden brown, and then remove it.

2. Method: (1) Melt the pork belly and cut the beans into cubes.

5. Steamed chicken with carrots
1. Ingredients: chicken, carrots, salt, corn starch, soy sauce, ginger, cooking wine
2. Method: (1) Wash the chicken, add salt, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, and cornstarch to marinate
(2) Cut the carrots into cubes and spread the marinated chicken on top of the carrots.
(3) Steam over high heat for 20 minutes, then sprinkle chopped green onions out of the pot.
6. Edamame fried meat
1. Ingredients: lean meat, edamame, millet pepper, garlic, starch, light soy sauce, salt, oil
2. Method: (1) Shell edamame, peel out the edamame grains.
(2) Cut the lean meat into cubes, put a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of starch, and a spoonful of oil, mix evenly, and marinate for 10 minutes.
(3) Cut the millet pepper into cubes and crush the garlic.
(4) Heat the oil and fry the marinated lean meat until it turns white and remove it.
(5) Add oil again, stir-fry millet spicy and minced garlic, put the edamame into the pot and stir-fry, and cook for 7-10 minutes to cook.
