Ingredients: pork, sugar, oil, green onion, ginger, cooking wine, light soy sauce, star anise, salt, water.
Steps:
Step 1: Blanch the pork into pieces, wash and remove from the water.
Step 2: Put oil and sugar in a pot and stir-fry the sugar over low heat until brown.
Step 3: Pour in the pieces of meat and stir-fry.
Step 4: Add green onion and ginger, star anise, and cooking wine and stir-fry.
Step 5: Add soy sauce and stir-fry.
Step 6: Pour into the pressure cooker, add salt and water, steam and cook for 15 minutes.
