Method: 1. 2. After the butter is softened, throw it into the sweet potato bowl, pour two-thirds of the egg liquid into the sweet potato after the egg is beaten, stir it well with a spoon, add the egg liquid according to the actual situation, and the sweet potato puree can be kneaded into the standard, and water and flour are not added in this recipe.

3. Take out the chestnut kernels and wipe them dry, and cut them into small pieces with a knife for later use.

4. Chop the chopped chestnuts and pour them into the sweet potato puree and mix well.

5. Dip a little glutinous rice flour on your hands, or dip some hot water on your hands, knead the sweet potato chestnut paste into thick squares of about two centimeters, cut them into four long strips with a knife, and shape them slightly.

6. Use a knife to change it into bite-sized squares, place them in a baking tray, brush the surface with a layer of egg liquid, and garnish with some black sesame seeds (bake black sesame seeds in the oven for three minutes in advance).

7. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees, put the baking tray in the middle layer and bake for ten minutes, the surface is dry, the inside is soft and glutinous, take it out and let it cool a little before eating.
