. Amount 150 grams of glutinous rice flour, the same as the glutinous rice ball powder in the supermarket.

2. Dig a pit in the middle of glutinous rice flour, add caster sugar, I don't like sweetness, only add 35 grams, if you like to be sweeter, you can add more, about 35~45 grams are okay.

3. Prepare boiling water, boiling hot water! First add a small amount of hot boiled water to melt the sugar at the caster sugar, then mix the glutinous rice flour with chopsticks, and continue to add an appropriate amount of boiling water until the glutinous rice flour becomes flocculent and kneaded into a smooth and particle-free dough as shown in the picture.

4. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 10 minutes.

5. Then take a small dumpling, press/knead it into a thin cake, add the bean paste filling, and wrap it into a dumpling like a dumpling.

6. Put the dumplings in a white sesame bowl and let the dumplings be covered with white sesame seeds.

7. About 7 minutes of hot oil under the hemp ball, medium and low heat throughout the whole process, remember to flip, wait for the hemp ball to float, keep pressing down and flipping, let it be evenly heated and expanded, and the surface can become golden yellow. (During the frying process, as long as the hemp ball floats up, you must use a tool to keep pressing down the hemp ball and rolling the hemp ball, which is the key to the hollow inside the hemp ball!) )
