Step 2: Use a paring knife to peel off the skin of the grapefruit, the thinner the better, scrape off the white part of the inside with a knife, otherwise it will be bitter, and then cut the pomelo peel into shreds, cut it and put it in a bowl.

Step 3: Pour in a spoonful of salt, then pour in an appropriate amount of water to cover the grapefruit peel and soak it for 10 minutes, which will remove the bitterness of the grapefruit peel.
