Method:

Method:

Material:

500 grams of rice and 100 grams of lotus seeds

Method:

1. Wash the Jiang rice, steam it into the basket into Jiang rice, take it out and let it cool, add oil and 125 grams of sugar and mix well.

2. Soak the lotus seeds in alkaline water, peel and lotus hearts, and steam them in a pot. Green plums, melon strips, and gold cakes are cut into small pieces with a knife. Soak the walnuts in warm water and peel them. Wash the jujubes, soak them thoroughly and cook them slightly. Wash the raisins with water.

3.
