I haven't eaten fish for a long time, I bought silver carp today, make a dry stir-fried glutinous ba, since I was a child, I like my mother to give us fish to eat, it is fragrant and delicious. Each time a plate is served, this fish is the first to be disced.

Here's how I do it:

1. Chop the fish you like into fish pieces, I use silver carp here, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, thirteen spices, Sichuan pepper, ginger shreds, green onions, fully grasp and mix evenly, marinate for more than 2 hours.

5. Leave the bottom oil of the fried fish, pour in minced garlic, ginger and peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add the fish pieces, add an appropriate amount of water, salt, thirteen spices, light soy sauce, cover and simmer for 2 minutes.


7. After the water is drained, add an appropriate amount of sesame seeds and green onions, turn evenly and you can get out of the pot.
