Heat the oil in another pot, after the oil is hot, put the minced ginger in and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the tomatoes, stir-fry over high heat, and fry the tomatoes out of the soup.

Then put the garlic slices and tofu in, stir-fry evenly, then pour in the seasoned sauce, cover and simmer for 5 minutes

Put in the prepared green vegetables, stir-fry evenly, remove from the pan and put on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
