The delicious method of dried tofu, fresh and appetizing, the rice is too fragrant, and the whole family loves to eat it

Today, I used the fried dried tofu sent by my mother-in-law to make fish-flavored tofu shreds for my family, which is fragrant and appetizing, and especially delicious!

Here's how I made it:

1. Shredded dried tofu fried in advance, if you don't want to fry it yourself, you can also buy ready-made.

2. Cut some shredded green peppers.

3. Add an appropriate amount of shredded ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and starch to the shredded lean pork, then beat an egg white, mix evenly, and marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Soak the daylily in advance, wash and remove the stem.

5. Next, add some sauce, add an appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, starch, and then add an appropriate amount of water, stir evenly and set aside.

6. Add oil to the pot, pour shredded meat and fry it until the meat is just cooked, and the time for frying is not too long.

7. Add oil to the pot, put minced garlic and fry until fragrant, stir-fry evenly with shredded green pepper and shredded tofu.

8. Add the daylily and stir-fry evenly. If it is a little dry during the frying process, you can use a small amount of water.

9. Stir-fry until raw, pour in shredded meat and seasoned sauce.

10. Stir-fry evenly until the soup is viscous and ready to come out of the pan.

Tofu is so delicious that it goes well with rice, and friends who like it can try it!
