Braised Japanese tofu


Ingredients: 4 Japanese tofu, green and red peppers, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, corn starch, shredded fungus.

1) Add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch to a bowl and stir well

2) Tofu chopped into cubes, coated in cornstarch, fried in hot oil until golden brown, remove and set aside.

3: Stir-fry the fragrant fungus shreds, pour in the sauce and cook until thick, add Japanese tofu and green and red peppers and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot~

The braised tofu that is simple and easy to make is ready~
