1 iron stick yam, 1 egg, 2 shallots, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of starch.

Here's how:

Prepare the ingredients: 1 iron stick yam washed, 2 shallots washed, 1 egg washed. If you like eggs or if the eggs are too small, you can also use 2 eggs.

The starch doesn't need much, I made a soup for 2 people, using about 15-20 grams of starch.
