Braised bean curd mushrooms and carrots are nutritious and better than braised pork


   

Ingredients: Yuba, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, salad oil, light soy sauce, brown sugar.

Steps:



Step 1: Cut the yuba into sections with scissors, soak it in water one night in advance, and remove it after cleaning to control the moisture.



Step 2: Wash the carrots, peel and cut them into pieces, and clean the mushrooms and cut them into pieces for later use.



Step 3: Heat the oil in the pan. Add the shiitake mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry for a while.



Step 4: Add the yuba and stir-fry.



Step 5: Pour in an appropriate amount of light soy sauce to taste.



Step 6: Add an appropriate amount of brown sugar to taste.



Step 7: Add an appropriate amount of water, turn on high heat, turn to medium-low heat after boiling, and simmer.



Step 8: When the juice is almost done, turn off the heat and put on a plate.
