The gout crowd is saved! A few special effect acupoints, insist on massaging gout! Super effective!

If the concentration of uric acid in the human blood is too high, it is easy to form needle-like crystals in soft tissues, which can lead to an overreaction of the body's immune system and cause inflammation. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, most patients with gout have symptoms of gastrointestinal discomfort, so that excessive pericardial effusion reduces the ability of the heart to transfuse blood and cannot be sent to the joints at the end of the microvessels, resulting in the accumulation of uric acid crystals in the joints. It can be seen that in order to relieve the symptoms of gout, the first thing is to discharge the uric acid crystals, which requires massaging the pericardial meridian to restore the normal function of the heart. Among them, Kunlun, Jizhong, and Neiguan acupoints should be massaged frequently.
