The seemingly simple health regimen has great benefits

Action 1: Lifting, pulling, and rubbing your ears

Our ears look like the shape of an upside-down baby, and it corresponds to the internal organs of the whole body. In traditional Chinese medicine, it is said that the kidneys are opened to the ears, and rubbing the ears can maintain the kidney qi. There are many acupuncture points on the ears, and by stimulating the ears, we can also stimulate the acupuncture points in our body to make our body's yang energy grow.

1. Pull the ears: Pinch the middle of the ears with both hands and lift them up ten times. Then pinch the ear and pull it outward, ten times, and ten more times down. Usually after doing this movement, the ears have already begun to redden, and at this time we will do a second deepening exercise.

2. Rub the ears: The hands are scissor-shaped, the index finger and middle finger clamp our ears, and after clamping the ears, rub them up and down, and keep the ears until they are hot, so that you can better stimulate the kidney qi, and do it in winter to prevent freezing ears.

3. In the next step, we will strengthen the exercise, we will give it a try, reach over with the right hand to pull the left ear, and then pull the right ear with the left hand, pull the face to the right side, there will be a slight pulling force, do this repeatedly, and soon the whole body will be hot.

It is recommended that you do an ear do in the morning before going out. When our head and face are hot, it can play a good role in defending against wind and cold, and also enhance our yang energy, especially in winter, friends who are prone to cold hands and feet must do it.

Movement 2: Hook hand practice

【Method】This action is very simple, we first hook our hands, and then pull our hands in the opposite direction, and soon our hands will eat strength, so that after half a minute, our arms will all heat up, and the qi and blood will be dredged.

After pulling, we use the two palms together to squeeze and push to the middle. Just now it's pulling back, now it's pushing in. With this kind of exercise, all the meridians of the arm are exercised.

Action 3: Rub your feet and touch your feet

The small actions of anti-aging on the winter solstice are more important step by step. When we go from the ears, the hands, and then to the feet, we must do our homework to exercise it.

If we want to warm up our feet, we first have to soak our feet, basically I will soak my feet in winter, and soaking my feet will soon warm my feet, but if we do two more actions after soaking our feet, we can have a better nourishing effect.

After soaking the feet, everyone does two small movements, one is rubbing, and the other is touching.

1. Rub your feet: Put your feet together and rub the inside of your feet back and forth, and soon your feet will heat up. The liver, spleen, and kidney meridians of the human body are the meridians that we need to maintain the most in winter.  By rubbing the inside of our feet back and forth in this way, we can exercise all these meridians, which can have the effect of warming and replenishing yang qi and exercising the body.

2. Touching feet: open the legs, open the two feet a little distance, and touch the two heels together, our heels actually correspond to the human kidney and genitourinary system, and it is also the position of the human kidney meridian.

After touching, we touch the heels and touch the inside of the forefoot of the foot, and in the process of touching, it is the spleen meridian that is maintained.

In the process of touching, the spleen is the innate foundation, and the kidney is the acquired foundation, and we have adjusted the two fundamentals.
