A "pain point" that can save lives on the body must be rubbed open~

There is a "life-saving point" on the pericardial meridian, and this "life-saving point" is easy to block, and once blocked, it will bring harm to life, so it must be opened.

 Pericardial meridian

The pericardial meridian, also known as the "life-saving pericardial meridian", is the meridian in charge of the periphery of the heart, such as pericardium and cardiovascular.
Pericardial obstruction will cause chest tightness and heartache, and in severe cases, it will cause coronary heart disease, angina, myocardial infarction and even death.

The pericardium runs along the midline of the arm, which is the line corresponding to the middle finger, and the straight one runs from the breast to the middle finger.

The blocking point of the pericardial meridian is on the pericardial meridian of the upper arm. Divide the Tianquan acupoint into three parts between the Quze acupoint, and the blocking point of the pericardial meridian is located in the third closest to Quze. Each person is slightly different, some people are a little higher, some are a little lower, and the specific pain points shall prevail.

If it hurts to press at this block, it means that the pericardial meridian is blocked here, and there is a cardiovascular problem. Some people often feel chest tightness, angina, or coronary heart disease or early myocardial infarction when they go to the hospital for examination, this block point can be very painful. This means that this block point can be used to diagnose the presence or absence of disease.

If there is a pain point, be sure to rub this blocking point apart, and a large green bag will be kneaded out of the blocked place, which is the congestion blocked in it is kneaded out. About six years ago, I went to my friend Dr. Sheng for acupuncture due to angina, he pressed my block point, it was very painful, I must rub this block point apart, and when I went back, I kneaded out a big green bag with my left and right hands, and then insisted on rubbing this point and patting the entire pericardial meridian to keep the pericardial meridian unobstructed, which is used to treat and prevent coronary heart disease.

Slowly getting older, with chest tightness, palpitation, heartache, or earlobes with wrinkles (about 80% of earlobe wrinkles have varying degrees of heart coronary artery blockage), remember to find out if there is a pain point in this location, if there is a pain point, be sure to rub this block point apart, rub it until it is not painful.

In addition, female friends with breast hyperplasia should also pay attention to this area!

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that breast hyperplasia is often caused by depression and anger hurting the liver, thinking hurts the spleen, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and phlegm coagulation into nucleus. This tangible lump, at the beginning, is a breath of evil qi that is not discharged, stagnant in the body, at first only hindering the flow of qi and blood, for a long time the local qi and blood can not arrive smoothly, the garbage can not be discharged in time, so the phlegm coagulates into a nucleus.

Patients with breast hyperplasia will also have a very painful pain point when they use their knuckles to tap the pericardium between Tianquan acupoint and Quze acupoint, and they should insist on rubbing the pain point every day until it is no pain, which is very helpful for the prevention and treatment of mammary hyperplasia.
