1. Open the nose


Point your two thumbs at the Yingxiang acupoint, and when you inhale, rub one side of your nose, exhale vigorously after kneading, and then switch to the other side.

After rubbing both sides of the nasal cavity, inhale, push up from the Yingxiang acupoint along the wings of the nose to the inner corners of the eyes, exhale, and push down the wings of the nose to the corners of the mouth.


2. Oral care

The oral cavity is very important, if there is a sling wind (facial paralysis), the mouth will be crooked, the eyes will be slanted, and there is a possibility of hemiplegia. Massage the Dicang acupoint, the middle acupoint and the Chengzhi acupoint can prevent facial nerve paralysis and hoarseness.
