Bad breath and insomnia? Rub 1 acupuncture point on your wrist every day to dispel dampness and improve sleep

Many friends have bad breath in their lives, which is caused by too much spleen fire, long-term heat accumulation in the pericardial meridian, burning blood vessels, or caused by spleen deficiency and dampness.

Today I will share with you an acupuncture point for the treatment of bad breath - Daling acupoint, Daling acupoint is the key point for strengthening the spleen, which can best relieve fire and dispel dampness, and has always been a special acupuncture point for treating cough.

The Daling point is in our wrist, between the flexor carpi radialis tendon and the palmaris longus tendon, at the midpoint of the striated carpal carpus.

You can use the thumb tip to press the Daling acupoint, after every 5 seconds, the thumb is lifted and paused for 3 seconds, and then continue to press repeatedly about 20 times.

The Daling acupoint is the acupoint and the original acupoint of the Yin Pericardial Meridian of the Hand, although it is not an acupuncture point on the Heart Sutra, it is an acupuncture point on the Pericardial Meridian.

The pericardium plays a role in protecting the heart on the outside of the heart, when it is turned over and over and over and you can't sleep, when you are upset, the five hearts are upset, the heart is uncomfortable, and the pericardial meridian is often the first to bear the brunt of the burden on behalf of the heart, so it is also very helpful to rub the Daling acupoint on the pericardial meridian for insomnia.

Because the Daling acupoint is at the wrist joint, there is a bracer-like ligament at the bottom, which binds the tendons, ligaments, blood vessels and nerves, so there is less room for movement.

If you usually use the wrist joint more in this place, it is easy for the tendons and ligaments to rub against each other, resulting in aseptic inflammation and edema, which will cause pain, and will also compress the surrounding blood vessels and nerves, resulting in cold hand numbness, etc., rubbing the Daling acupoint can improve the local qi and blood flow and promote the absorption of inflammation.
